Every year, the Mayor of London puts on one of the worlds greatest fireworks display over the London Eye as Big Ben strikes midnight.  Crowds gather along the River banks and bridges for front row views of the famous pyrotechnics which light up the London sky in time with music.

Since 2014, the London New Year’s Eve fireworks were made ticketed, to ensure the safety of all attendees.  Only those with valid tickets are allowed into the surrounding areas of the fireworks.

One of the best ways to see the London New Year’s Eve fireworks is from a boat in the middle of the River Thames.  Being on-board one of our Shared Thames New Year’s Eve Party Cruises in London, means you get spectacular views of the fireworks without standing in the cold all night in a big crowd of people.  All the boats have heated indoor areas where you can eat, drink and dance the hours away in the run up to midnight.  Plus toilets!

We recommend that you plan ahead for your New Year’s Eve trip to London.  Roads will be closed and public transport will be extremely busy.  Check out the Transport For London Website for more travel information.
